1. Product Catalog & Pricing

• All prices listed on CaseHub.pk are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable sales taxes.
• We endeavor to display product imagery, specifications, and device compatibility with absolute accuracy. However, actual color shades may display subtle variations due to differences in monitor calibration and smartphone screen panels.
• In the rare event of a typographical pricing error or inventory discrepancy, CaseHub.pk reserves the right to contact the buyer before shipment to correct the error or cancel the order with full notification.

2. Order Acceptance & Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is officially accepted and confirmed once verified by our fulfillment team.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, we require an active and valid Pakistani phone number. We reserve the right to withhold dispatch until the customer verifies the order via SMS/WhatsApp confirmation or a short phone call.
• Fair Use Policy on COD: Providing fake contact information, fictitious addresses, or deliberately rejecting confirmed parcels upon arrival without valid cause causes severe financial loss in two-way courier fees. Accounts associated with abusive delivery refusals will be permanently blacklisted from our service.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: You may cancel an order free of charge at any time prior to warehouse handover by messaging our WhatsApp support at +92 300 1234567 with your Order Number.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been scanned by the courier and assigned a Tracking Consignment Number (CN), it cannot be cancelled in transit and must be handled under our standard 7-Day Return & Replacement Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content featured on CaseHub.pk, including brand logos, graphic banners, product descriptions, interface layouts, and photographs, is the exclusive intellectual property of CaseHub.pk. Smartphone manufacturer names (e.g. Apple, iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi, Infinix, Tecno) are referenced strictly for descriptive compatibility purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

While CaseHub.pk cases and screen protectors are designed and drop-tested to significantly reduce impact damage, smartphone glass panels remain sensitive to extreme kinetic shocks, sharp angles, and unusual impact forces. CaseHub.pk shall not be held liable for internal or external hardware damage to personal devices resulting from extraordinary physical drops.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
